Equilibrium

“Equilibrium is the profoundest tendency of all human activity.”

~ Jean Piaget

There is a law of naturalness that the “act of stone stacking” evokes, a spiritual reconnection to The Source perhaps. Whatever it is, most people feel this connection in very powerful ways.

The horoscope is simply a tool, a symbol, like the cairn, that becomes a way into the experience for uplifting the spirit.

The law of naturalness suggests that relating the core of the horoscope to the identity is essential; understanding that the significance of the Sun and Moon will permeate the rest of the horoscope.

We understand that potential in human development astrologically speaking, is reflected at the “level” of the lived experience. Patterns within the horoscope have a fascinating way of being reflected in the patterns of life. The law of naturalness tends toward equilibrium. We may not think we are responsible for “breaking” the law of naturalness intentionally, but it may also be inaccurate to think that life’s imbalances are entirely the result of fate. It may be more accurate to observe that however much fate or individual will influences the lived experience is for each of us to decide on our own at the individual level.

When the lived experience expressed by an individual demonstrates abnormality within life processes, as evidenced by certain milestones (or lack thereof), then it is helpful to acknowledge the law of naturalness and to anticipate a more negative expression of a symbol’s meaning within the spectrum of potential. Whether we admit it or not, our troubles can typically be traced back to breaking the law of naturalness, intentionally or not.
