Principles and Practices

“There is a vitality, a life force, an energy, a quickening, that is translated through you into action, and because there is only one of you in all time, this expression is unique”

2025 Transits (Outer Planet)

Last year I committed to a version of cold water therapy, but not exactly an ice bath. I decided to take only cold shower EVERY DAY and only missed two or three days, but only because I skipped taking a shower altogether in those days.

This year I opened the WordPress app called Jetpack and thought oh yes I’m ready for a hot shower, aaaaaaaannnnnd to write a blog post each and every day.

Well, Jetpack is on the fritz or something because the prompt, which is powered by a journaling app called DayOne, isn’t loading. I waited all day, checking in intermittently to see if the prompt loaded —- nothing!

Here are the sensitive degrees that are marked out by the BIG TRANSITS for 2025.

Sensitive Degrees

A short cut in thinking about how these transits relate to your personal chart is to consider the above degrees as significant if you have the Sun, Moon, or Angles (Midheaven, or Ascendant) on one of these degrees.

I would especially focus on the Saturn and Neptune square to Jupiter in June. Technically, any planets or points in the early degrees of Aries and Cancer, but also Libra and Capricorn (degrees in hard aspect to either Jupiter or Saturn), are targets.

If we add the inner planets to this analysis we’ll get even more hits but it’s the outer planetary transits that seem to correspond to where the action is. The slower the planetary cycle the more of a quickening there is in the life experience.

I threw these symbols into excel on my phone and worked with them there just as an experiment and because the prompt didn’t load on my Jetpack.

I may develop this techniques further so that I can share more principles and practices in astrology.
